Getting A Limited Edition or Restricted Pet
Ever wondered why you can't get that cool poogle or adorable cybunny? This is because they are limited edition pets, meaning you can only get them a certain way, and not by simply using the create a pet page.
This is a list of them:
- Kiko
- Jetsam
- Cybunny
- Poogle
- Chomby
- Koi
- Tonu
- Hissi
- Lutari
- Draik
- Krawk
The way to get them varies. For most of them, a certain amount is released on their day. You can use a morphing potion, which will turn your pet into a specific colour. Like "blue cybunny morphing potion" A cheaper alternative is a transmogification potion, but it turns your pet into a mutant. If your pet reaches fishing level 80+, you might be lucky enough to catch a "mysterious swirly potion" this will turn your pet into either a kiko; koi; cybunny; tonu; poogle; hissi or a jetsam. But if you have a pet that is painted something like faerie, it won't stay faerie, and turn to either blue, red, yellow or green.
The grundo is a restricted pet, but getting it is nothing exciting. You just go to the Space Adoption Agency, where you can adopt one for free. As well as blue, red, yellow and green they also have brown, purple and white.
For a draik you simply buy a draik egg, and hatch it at the Draik Nest.
A krawk is slightly more complicated (and expensive) What you do is:
- First of all, buy a krawk (it's an expensive type of petpet)
- MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THREE OR LESS NEOPETS! Otherwise, you can't get a krawk!
- Attatch the krawk petpet to one of your pets
- Name your krawk what you want it to be called
- Take your krawk to the Fungus Cave and feed it some of the magical fungus
- Your krawk petpet should turn into a krawk neopet. Yay!
Finally is the Lutari. You can get one from Neopets Mobile. You download the neopets mobile game-lutari island-and you can create one on the game.
