You must already have our button up as pending
Your site must be neo-related
You must have a button, 88x15
You must have at least 5 pages
Your site must not contain any stolen content
Your site must be suitable for children, and not have any rude content
One of our buttons must be on every page

Reasons why we might remove your button

Your site goes on an unexplained hiatus
You remove our button from your site
